Alex Rojas - Educational and Water District Administrator

Based in Southern California, Alejandro “Alex” Rojas serves as chief operating and executive officer with the Central Basin Municipal Water District. Over the past 5 years, he has overseen efforts in areas such as pricing strategy optimization and diversifying revenue. In addition to expanding sales by 30 percent, Alex Rojas boosted operational efficiency through AI and machine learning pathways. He also employed Six Sigma methodologies in improving municipal water district resource allocation.

From 2013 to 2017, Alejandro Rojas served as an educator and administrator with Bassett Unified School District educator, where he spearheaded major infrastructure upgrades spanning the classroom environment, educational facilities, IT infrastructure, and curriculum development. As a result, student performance improved and revenue rose by $5 million. He also informed targeted Bassett Unified School District branding and marketing approaches that reversed falling enrollment trends.

Mr. Rojas next engaged with Siembra Mobile, Inc., as chief operations officer, where he oversaw growth for a K-12 educational software startup. He developed a product roadmap that built investor trust and worked to align product deliverables with overall business goals.

An accomplished equestrian jumper, he serves as a volunteer and board member with the Rose Bowl Riders.
